Impreza is a marketplace platform operating between artists (performers) and customers. Artists register on the platform to offer their services, while customers can order these services through Impreza.

Payments are processed through the Impreza platform.

After an artist successfully completes a service, the amount is transferred to their balance after Impreza commission is deducted.

After confirming an order, the customer makes the payment through the Impreza platform.

Payments are securely held on the platform and transferred to the artist upon service completion.

If a customer cancels at least 3 days before the event, the payment is fully refunded.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will not receive a refund.

If an artist cancels at least 5 days before the event, no penalty is applied.

If an artist cancels less than 5 days before the event:

The artist will not receive payment

The artist's rating/score on the platform may be reduced

Impreza reserves the right to offer alternative artists to protect user experience.

Artists set their own service prices.

Impreza deducts a predetermined commission percentage from the amount.

Artists are responsible for ensuring that the prices shown on the platform match the prices they actually offer.

Mutual respect and ethical behavior are fundamental during events.

If any issues, disagreements, or concerns arise, customers or artists can contact Impreza.

Impreza has the right to investigate and take appropriate action when necessary.

Photos and videos taken during the event are only shared by Impreza with explicit customer permission.

No visual material is published on social media or the platform without permission.

The minimum age to use the Impreza platform is 18 years old.

Users who register are considered to have accepted this condition.

Initially, a formal partnership agreement is concluded between Impreza and artists.

The agreement specifies the rights and obligations of each party.

Currently, Impreza operates in the territory of Azerbaijan.

The platform's expansion to international markets is planned for future stages.
